OSKIE PROGRAM: PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

This agreement is between Envoy Mortgage, Ltd. d/b/a OSKIE (Envoy), and (“Employer”) to confirm Employer’s participation in the OSKIE Program, a benefit to help employees with closing costs when buying a home through Envoy.

1. Program Overview

Envoy partners with employers to provide financial education for employees.  Qualified employees receive a credit for a home purchase funded by the employer and the real estate professionals.   

Employer agrees to contribute $__________ per employee (minimum $1,000), which will be added to the employee’s total.

2. What the Employer Does

• Promotes the program to employees.
• Shares employee interest with Envoy.
• Sends the employer’s contribution at least 5 days before closing.
• Contributions are nonrefundable if the loan closes.
• The employer provides a closing cost contribution to the employee at closing, helping make homeownership more accessible. A $995 success fee is only paid by the employer when an employee qualifies for and successfully closes on a home through the program. 

3. What the Employee Does

• Completes the Certification program 
• Applies for a mortgage with Envoy.
•  Must qualify through Envoy’s standard approval process.
• Can only use the program once at a time.

4. Term & Cancellation

• This agreement lasts one year and renews automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.
• Either party may end the agreement at any time with notice. If loans are in progress, the Employer agrees to fund any previously committed contributions. 

5. Privacy & Data

• Both parties will keep shared information confidential.
• Envoy may use non-personal group data (e.g., participation rates) for program improvement and rate negotiation.
